I have 20 years experience within recruitment, working in both sales and leadership functions and have acquired in depth understanding of both permanent and contract recruitment, in Europe and the USA in a variety of sectors.

In 2016 I co founded Koda Staff, alongside Elliot Rivett and John De Filippo, with the aim of creating a bet-in-class recruitment partner with a global reach. Since then we have grown the business to a £25 million turnover, with 32 heads based in London and Miami.
