About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a commercial midrise project in Fort Lauderdale. You’ll be the on-site leader, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial midrise or mixed-use projects.
• Proven track record managing projects exceeding $20M+.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Local South Florida experience preferred.
