About the client

Join a leading telecommunications company in Brussels on a 6-month mission to elevate their digital support ecosystem. You’ll craft high-impact, SEO-optimized content that improves customer journeys and reduces contact, all while working closely with designers, stakeholders, and digital teams.

Is this you?

• 5+ years as a Content Designer / SEO Specialist

• Strong communicator with excellent writing and structuring skills

• Skilled in SEO and content GEO optimization

• Confident managing your own scope, priorities, and stakeholders

• Comfortable analyzing page performance and user behavior

• Fluent in English + Dutch OR French

• Bonus: Experience writing or structuring content for LLMs

Where you’ll add value

• Create clear, customer-focused support content across digital journeys

• Make support pages fully SEO-proof and aligned with brand tone

• Build and update pages in the CMS

• Ensure consistency between website, chatbot, and voice bot content

• Use analytics (Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare) to improve UX & reduce contacts

• Develop keyword-driven content strategies

• Train colleagues on SEO best practices

• Explore AI tools to optimize workflows

• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, demos)

Practical details

• Location: Brussels, Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 remote

• Start: January 

• Contract: 6 months, extensions likely
