We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected Florida-based general contractor that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
This construction firm is recognized for its consistent delivery of high-quality public and private sector projects, including schools, public safety buildings, municipal facilities, and commercial developments.

About the Role:
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This includes responsibility for schedule, budget, risk management, coordination with stakeholders, and overall project execution.

About the Role:
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This includes responsibility for schedule, budget, risk management, coordination with stakeholders, and overall project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of construction projects to meet client requirements.
- Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Hold regular progress meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial or public construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera, and construction management platforms.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain schedule-driven momentum.
