Project Manager - Institutional & Commercial Projects 
We are currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected Florida-based general contractor that is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

This construction firm is recognized for its consistent delivery of high-quality public and private sector projects, including schools, public safety buildings, municipal facilities, and commercial developments.

They are experiencing heavy growth and looking for the right individual to help drive continued success.

About the Role:
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This includes responsibility for schedule, budget, risk management, coordination with stakeholders, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of construction projects to meet client requirements.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Hold regular progress meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial or public construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera, and construction management platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain schedule-driven momentum.
